Eleanora was the first to panic.

"Oh my! Isn't this wonderful?! This machine has developed its own intelligence and personality!"

Hendrick was fascinated.

"Woah! You can move and everything on your own? Isn't that crazy!"

Saphira took it easy and wanted to sit on his shoulders.

"Who am I, you ask?!" laughed Braveblitz. "I am Braveblitz, fighter of justice and protector of humanity, of course! Who else?"

"He's talking so casually about it…" Eleanora muttered. "Um, Blake…?"

I facepalmed in front of her, clearly showing this wasn't a dream or something but true reality.

"Um, so this is real… okay, well it's a Trial, I guess?" she muttered. "Still, it's quite surprising…"

"May I analyze him some more, master?" Hendrick asked me. "I am quite intrigued about his body and existence, if you allow me to be a bit honest!"

"Sure, do whatever you want," I nodded, without even caring at this point.

"Eeeh?! But Blake! Are you really okay with this?" Braveblitz gasped. "I consider Hendrick my brother but I wouldn't really want him to examine every inch of my body! I deserve some privacy, right?"

"Privacy? You literally let Blake get inside you!" Eleanora said.

"Yes but that's because he's the only one allowed to!" said Braveblitz. "Blake and I share a bond of friendship and camaraderie that surpasses all logic."

"Uh-huh…" I nodded. "Anyways, Braveblitz, that new power you got… So its Friendship… Alright, just because it's the Trial I'm going to believe whatever bullshit you say for the moment."

"NICEEE! I'm glad you believe the power of Friendship now, Blake!" he said. "Shall we try it out now?! Let's become one and do it!" he opened his chest. "Get inside!"

"No! Not now…" I said, I felt slightly disgusted.

"Eh! Why not?" he muttered. "But isn't it the best sensation? I remember you slept inside of me, even! It's very comfortable inside! I swear!"

"Wow he's really a bit creepy," said Eleanora. "Kind of disgusting…"

"T-That's really mean…" Braveblitz muttered, lowering his head. "I get it, I'm weird aren't I? I understand I… I'll go to that corner and remain in silence."

Suddenly, his entire personality changed, as he walked away, sat down, and remained in silence.

"Eeeh! Wait, Braveblitz! Don't feel sad!" Saphira immediately flew to his side. "You're nice and funny! Don't let their words hurt you, you have a strong heart right?"

"Saphira!" Braveblitz's bright eyes shone even brighter. "You think so?"n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"Of course!" Saphira smiled. "Let's be friends!"

"But of course!" laughed Braveblitz. "Let's become the best friends! And you're right! I shouldn't let mere words harm my heart! As it is made of steel anyways, hahaha!"

"Yeah! Don't be mean, mama, papa! Braveblitz saved everyone at the end of the day!" said Saphira. "Without him, it would have been possible to win against the Xenoids today after all, right?"

"I-I guess…" Eleanora muttered. "Hm, I will refrain from speaking my mind I suppose…"

"I'm not going to apologize," I said. "However, I agree that we need to get along. So Braveblitz, I hope you can grant me your power and I'll do the same for you."

"Oooh! But of course Blake!" he nodded. "Our lives are connected and tied together as friends and partners against the evil aliens! We're partners of justice!"

"Um…" I muttered.

"Right, right, I'll tone it down," he nodded, scratching his metallic head. "Anyways, let me show you three what this bead can do!"

He showed them the magical bead's power, materializing several weapons as he pleased one after another.

"This is Braveblitz Lion Heart Shield! And this is Braveblitz Dragon Pride Cannon! Amazing right?! It's so very cooool!"

He conjured the weapons one after another, constantly talking about how awesome they were.

Their appearances and enormous forms were indeed rather… cool, I had to admit it.

And they were perhaps very powerful.

This "Friendship" they fuel on though…

It's most likely Electromagnetic Energies that are directly connected to Emotional Signals between the two of us.

Therefore, the stronger my emotions the more potent this energy becomes. Technically, I have to be completely delusional to take its entire power outside.

But analyzing it like this… Maybe pretending isn't so bad, if I can at least gain so much power…

"So you can create a spear, a cannon, and a shield out of nowhere," nodded Eleanora. "Can you make them all at the same time?"

"No, that's impossible, one at a time!" said Braveblitz. "But it's fineee! We can interchange between them to maximize efficiency, right Blake? It'll be fun!"

"I suppose we can do that," I nodded. "But even then, it should also be fine to come with more weapons."

"Hmm, I would never replace my special personal weapons though…" Braveblitz sighed. "But fine, you're not wrong with what you said at the end of the day, Blake."

"Now that we're done with this," I said. "We should discuss what's next. First of all, apparently there's three other Bond Spheres we could somehow get to give Braveblitz more power."

"Yes, they're unlocked by…" he muttered. "Uh, well, I don't have the specifics, but anything friendship related- Though I'm sure fighting together counts the most!"

"Hmm, okay," I nodded. "That'll be hard to get… Let's move on towards the other thing we must collect. The Soul Fragments of the Neutonium Mother Core. There are two more fragments left in the VR game, right?"

She manifested before my body, making Braveblitz jump out of the floor in surprise.

"Yes, there are two more fragments we must procure," she nodded. "Once you have the other two I'll probably finally be able to- Wait a second, did that robot just blinked? Who is that?"

"That's…"

"I AM BRAVEBLITZ! HERO OF JUSTICE, PROTECTOR OF HUMANITY!"

As he proclaimed that, Braveblitz struck a pose.

"Huh?"

Even the Neutonium Mother Core was left speechless and surprised before his insane presence and personality…

"He's strange, since when did I make such a being," she wondered. "No wait, I'm pretty sure this robot is… Ah! But can it be truly possible?"

She seemed to know much better what was happening with my Machine Warrior.

But she shut down her mouth, without saying anything…
