Undying Warlord

Chapter 739 Celebration

It took a while before all members of the Undying Group returned to Milarn, but once everyone was back the rebuilding phase of Milarn truly began.

The planet had been void of monsters and all kinds of races that had lived there until the Great War began and was slowly filled with life once again.

Everyone knew that rebuilding Milarn was not a process that happened over a single night. It would take months or even years before everything would get back to how it had been, let alone until it would become better than it had been in the past. At least, that was what Dilan predicted.

The others wanted to rebuild Milarn from a small but perfect foundation to make sure that no one could cause any trouble while Dilan was focusing on the creation of his True Divinity.

Milarn was supposed to grow and mature in the next few decades as well. Under normal circumstances, that was far from enough to fully mature Milarn but given the overflowing mana, life force, and essence it possessed thanks to the Great War, and the tributes it was given during the last few decades, everything was possible!

It was still a little bit rushed but Milarn didn't have to pay attention to destroying itself anymore by forcefully growing faster than it was supposed to grow. After all, Dilan's Undying Origin ability was shared with Milarn now. Milarn's Undying power was much weaker than Dilan's but that didn't change the fact that it possessed bits of his power.

That was enough to make sure that it was only a matter of a century, or possibly only several decades until it would reach maturity.

Dilan was ready to start creating his True Divinity but he was obstructed by his friends and family. They forced him to celebrate the victory against the Primordials, and the fact that Dilan had gotten his hands on Milarn.

He was now the Guardian of Milarn and in supreme control of it. It was a huge gain because it would make everything much easier. Dilan could control who entered Milarn through the Gates and he could sense every single entity all over the planet.

The moment someone, who had been registered as a wanted entity entered the range of Milarn, Dilan would be notified. Configuring the things he gained from being linked with Milarn and the title Guardian of Milarn was something he couldn't do all by himself in a short period. He would need quite a while to do what the Queen's Image did within a few minutes.

"The Queen of Immortality congratulates you for the grandiose victory. The news has already spread to the defensive lines against the Veils. She said that she and everyone else who supports the fight against the Veils will come to visit you and Milarn in the future to accept the System and join the chat Kiralimun will set up!" The Queen's Image said in the familiar tone she was always using when speaking to anyone; emotionless.

"Kiralimun? Is that the name of the Spectran? Either way… just tell the Queen of Immortality, that I will welcome her and the others. Unfortunately, it will be hard for me to provide them with the luxury they're accustomed to because Milarn is not even fully matured. As for the metropolis of the flying island…I'm sorry, you know…" Dilan responded just to apologize to the Queen's Image at the end.

The 341st Image of the Queen of Immortality was the flying island that had nearly been destroyed when the World Elemental awoke. While nobody died on the flying island, the vast majority of the buildings had been destroyed by the tremendous pressure that had reverberated through the entire planet.

Dilan continued to talk to the Queen's Image for a short while. Afterward, he met up with the others. They hugged him the moment they saw him. Tears trickled down their cheeks and they could hardly control themselves. The Lightning Titan and a few other Abandoned Children, who had chosen to stay in the Undying Group for various reasons, had revealed how heroic Dilan was and what kinds of sacrifices he made to ensure that everyone would be safe and sound, not only his beloved!

Unfortunately, this 'heroic sacrifice' was not heroic but plain stupid in the eyes of most of his friends and family. They hugged him, cursed at him and he was nearly beaten to a pulp by Ariel Silvertale who looked at him with teary eyes.

'Why is she crying now? Where did the ice princess disappear to?' Dilan wondered just before he was hugged tightly from the beauty. The entire situation was looked at weirdly and even Dilan was not sure what was going on. However, he just hugged her back, patting her to calm the sobbing beauty.

"...I'm glad that you're fine…"

Once everyone had greeted Dilan one way or another, they ended up celebrating for quite a while. Many Ancient True Gods requested permission to use the Gates which Dilan granted without hesitation. He was visited by many powerhouses who wanted to see what the Undying was made of.

Despite knowing that Dilan was merely at the peak of the sixth Tier, they acted respectfully. They knew very well that Dilan would become extremely powerful the moment he finished his True Divinity. It might take a while but some of the Ancient True Gods were also able to tell that four Essences resided within Dilan's body.

Even if these Ancient True Gods were not certain that Dilan would create a True Divinity with these four essences it was highly likely, and extremely dangerous. However, death was not something Dilan had to be afraid of.

Thus, there was no reason for him to hesitate from creating a four-way True Divinity with the True Undying Essence, the Destruction Essence, the Essence of the Flame of the Beginning, and Milarn's World Essence.

And that was exactly what he started to do once he found his calm and peace.
