-Power level: 1-Z x 9 (Equivalent to nine peak first dimension realm Empyrean powerhouses).

A total of three groups had entered this Event that offered rich rewards.

"Stop!"

One group was in the top five, second in the top ten, and third in the top fifteen.

"Are you mad?!"

Even they had to work together and plan before deciding to challenge this trial.

"This is bad!"

And in this trial, three uninvited people entered after destroying their defense information outside. Among the top-ranking groups, it was also decided that no other in the top 20 groups would participate in this event.

"We are fucked!"

At the moment, inside this space-like vast dimension was an ocean-worth of black water moving around, in control of this gigantic nine-headed Black Abyssal Laxxader Dragoon Hydra with four massive wings.

They needed to be careful if they wanted to defeat this terrifying boss monster without casualty in their group, but…

Alas, the uninvited guests decided to kill them first as they wanted to take on this hydra without their interference.

"He is Erix! He is that bastard!"

Erix's eyes flashed as he teleported away from a horrifying black-violet flame laser from Hydra's mouth. But at the same time, a sparkling dark-silvery spiked orb thrust out from the man who just called him out. Instant death by Chaotic Null Spike.

His body was forcefully disintegrated by a potent combination of his two Super Exotic Element's aspects, and he was entirely absorbed into the spike before the skill's second part activated.

"Monster!"

"I surrender! Don't kill me!"

But they saw the second part—a space-devouring explosion.

*Boom!*

A dreadful shock expanded that forcefully pulled two nearby people into the chaotic whirlpool of explosion.

Death.

"The other two rising in the leaderboard…don't tell me they are fucking together in one group?!"

*Slash!*

An unstoppable and untraceable slash swept past two people, stopping them in their tracks as if time around them stopped. In the next moment, the cut on them spread like spider webs. Unable to resist and fight back, both of them were cut into tiny pieces until they scattered away.

Lilith had a giant dark lotus above her that absorbed Hydra's attack, with her Super Exotic Element revolving around Void element, she absorbed foreign attacks forcefully and turned them into a pure void pulse that designed her projectile skills, erasing anyone hit by it instantly.

Hydra's untamed and wild attacks along with Erix, Rin, and Lilith's bombardment demolished these three groups killing almost all of them within five minutes.

The last one also died, but by the Hydra's attack. He was exhausted and had no hope to survive anymore.

*Roarr!*

And finally, the Hydra's attention was fully focused on the trio.

Erix, Rin, and Lilith scattered and started their combat against the hydra.

Its nine heads released powerful attacks that were not purely offensive, but also tricky. Sometimes, they released wide-area attacks to slow them down, snare them, and trap them while attacking with potent offense powers.

As such, the most important thing in this combat was not to get hurt by the hydra as its attack could be troublesome to them. They were already biting more than they could chew.

Alas, they were the ones who wanted this unreasonable battle, all for the sake of getting better. With absolute powers at their disposal that could hurt Hydra, they dodged various types of Hydra attacks while unleashing hell on it with their instantaneous skill creations.

They adjusted their Soul Affixes while fighting as well, changing them into purely offensive ones to give more destructive power to their skills and chipping away its Health.

When Hydra's health was halfway, Erix got the idea, "Let's combine our skills externally to increase the power!"

From far north of the space battlefield, Erix floated above the raging ocean facing three hydra heads and conjured a giant black orb above the hydra's body that connected all heads.

Rin and Lilith released their attacks towards the orb, causing a synergized reaction as a giant crackling field expanded before brutal explosions and slashes ravaged the whole beast, with both of their attacks further boosted by affiliation from Erix's Nihilir and Noiranx essence that enchanted the field and lowered hydra's defenses!

Their Supreme Crown remained at its peak. With their Bloodline at full power and Regalon Transformation Armanents at peak performance, they thrashed the hydra from all directions while rendering it helpless.

In the end, the trio finished off the hydra after fifteen minutes as it got powerful at 25% vitality, but not enough to impede their onslaught.

At the moment, the trio finished one of the toughest Events and acquired one of the top-tier rewards on this playground that just increased their Throne Hall's power substantially.

Korin saw the Artisan points increasing by a large amount and saw they crossed 100k Artisan Points. Without hesitation, he upgraded the Throne Hall to level 4 and shot up into the top 15 from the top 50 Throne Hall ranking!

However, just as Erix and others exited from the Event's dimension, what welcomed them was a horde of people numbering 50.

A group of 2nd Rank Throne Hall—Hellblazers.

A group of 5th rank Throne Hall—Doom Wind.

A group of 8th rank Throne Hall—Storm Callers.

A group of 11th rank Throne Hall—Unenders

A group of 14th rank Throne Hall—Culiban's Thrones.

These fifty people have been here for the last five minutes and completely surrounded this area into a formation…which unfortunately couldn't contain Erix's Void Blink, the strongest teleportation in his arsenal that couldn't be obstructed.

"So you are Erix?"

A handsome and muscular man with Arabian-like embroidered white pants and red hair like a lion's mane uttered out loud, his arms crossed on his bare chest.

The leader of 2nd Rank Throne Hall and currently ranked 3rd in individual ranking.

They had exhausted their Aethir force and soul energy considerably. Even as they were recovering fast, it would still take 20 minutes to get full in both.

"Let's play a game of cat and mouse until we recover fully," Erix said as he looked at the red-haired man fifty meters away.

In the next second, Erix blinked and vanished along with Rin and Lilith, appearing a thousand kilometers above, well out of their entrapment barrier.

Meanwhile, the fifty people below were dumbfounded.

"How?!" Leron shouted as his red hair glowed as if responding to his anger.

The people who set up the formation sweated hard.

However, they soon heard Erix's voice ringing around them.

"I have marked all of you. So, you all better try to kill us while we are recovering because once we are done running, you won't be able to run from us."

"Good luck."

After hearing that, and also knowing the whole case of what happened in that Event space, something triggered in everyone, including the red-haired man, and produced a primal feeling in them that oozed out from their being.

It oozed out because they were smart, intelligent, and reached this level of power far beyond mortals that they could sense it from their subconscious deduction and instincts.

It was....

Fear.

Terror.

Dread.
