Chapter 1241: The Shock Brought By The Three Lights Water

Chapter 1241: The Shock Brought By The Three Lights Water

The reason Shang Xia named it the Three Lights Water instead of the Three Lights Divine Water was because he felt that the combination of the 3 rank five spiritual treasures was different from the Three Lights Divine Water he had heard about.

According to Yuan Qiuyuan’s report, the creation of the Three Lights Water didn’t go very smoothly. Even though he managed to come up with several methods to craft it, he had to test each way to see if they were feasible. After adjusting his methods with some sort of secret art, he still failed. The Golden Crow Blood and Emperor Flow Liquid Shang Xia collected had mostly been used up.

On the final attempt, Shang Xia’s clone got involved. Even though his clone only had the cultivation level of a first tier True Immortal, he had Shang Xia’s Six Direction Qi. Under Yuan Qiuyuan’s request, he combined his inner qi with the spiritual treasures and produced Three Lights Water easily.

The second the Star Essence Liquid, Emperor Flow Liquid, and Golden Crow Blood fused, a rank six spiritual liquid that none of them had seen before was produced.

Yuan Qiuyuan retrieved a small drop to place on the branch of the Starry Tree and saw it growing rapidly. Only a night passed but according to Yan Ming’s estimates, the time the Starry Tree needed to mature was shortened by 20 years!

Yuan Qiuyuan saved another drop before pouring the final drop of the liquid on the Star Origin Lord Robe, and a third of the damage restored itself.

During the process, the Star Origin Lord Robe sparkled with multi-colored light before slowly dimming again.

However... It looked completely different from before Yuan Qiuyuan poured Three Lights Water on it.

Yuan Qiuyuan planned to explore other uses of the spiritual liquid but his excitement was quickly squashed by Shang Xia’s clone. With that little bit of Three Lights Water left, Shang Xia’s clone intended to keep it for his true body in Star Beast Nest No.2.

That was right... Shang Xia spent a lot of time gathering all the spiritual treasures required and they only managed to produce 3 drops of Three Lights Water!

Shang Xia’s first reaction was to return to the Spirit Luxuriant World to take a look at what was going on, but the inability to leave the Star Beast Nest as he pleased brought him no small amount of irritation.

Fortunately, they had already established a small-scale Five Element Teleportation Formation to the Tongyou Institution and his clone could easily send the Three Lights Water over.

As soon as he got his hands on it, Shang Xia carefully inspected the tiny sparkling bead that rolled about in the jade bottle.

It looked unassuming at first, and it actually looked like a more sparkly drop of water. However, Shang Xia could feel the terrifying amount of energy it contained.

What was even more surprising was that the moment Shang Xia touched the bottle, the Crimson Soul Tablet in his sea of consciousness started to thump!

The Crimson Soul Tablet had only shown interest in stuff like World Origin or high-level energy.

Could the artificially made Three Lights Water also be a type of origin energy?

Well... It was more accurate to say that the Three Lights Water was like a byproduct of spiritual treasures nurtured by the world...

Shang Xia felt a trace of excitement when he thought about it.

One had to know that the Crimson Soul Tablet had already absorbed a lot of world origin from different worlds. It even absorbed world origin from an Essence World! It could be said to have tasted the delicacies from all over the sea of stars. Ordinary energy couldn’t even entice it anymore.

Now... A treasure that was created by fusing different types of spiritual liquid could cause the Crimson Soul Tablet to react so strongly... Shang Xia wondered what would happen if it absorbed the energy produced by the Three Lights Water.

What if they went a little further? What if there was actually Three Lights Divine Water?

Without hesitation, Shang Xia poured the drop into his hand.

Before he could even hold it, he changed his mind and sucked the drop of water into his mouth.

Pure energy filled his stomach before spreading to his organs. The Crimson Soul Tablet in his sea of consciousness wanted to devour the energy that was spreading through his body, but Shang Xia forcefully stopped it. He allowed the energy it contained to fill his body before refining whatever couldn’t be used by his physical body with the Six Harmony Flawless Rod Technique that he hadn’t used in a long time. Everything was put to good use.

Just like that, the unassuming drop of liquid was used to temper his body and fill his Six Direction Origin. In a few moments, he gained energy equivalent to half a year of cultivation.

According to Shang Xia’s estimates, if he didn’t temper his body with it, he would be able to gain a year’s worth of cultivation. From what he was feeling, it brought no negative side effects.

The might of Three Lights Water was shocking, to say the least.

One had to know that Shang Xia’s foundations were already horrifyingly solid. He could be considered a peak-tier existence even in the fourth tier of the Martial Void Realm. There was also no need to mention how special his Six Direction Origin and Six Direction Qi were.

For a drop of Three Lights Water to increase his cultivation by a year... How much would it benefit other fourth tier True Immortals?

Without mentioning high-level True Immortals, what about those in the third or second tier?! How much stronger would they become?

After experiencing the effects of the Three Lights Water, Shang Xia sent an order to the Tongyou Institution.

“Gather Golden Crow Blood and Emperor Flow Liquid with all our might and focus all our attention on producing Three Lights Water! The existence of the Three Lights Water will be the secret of our institution and it’s forbidden to reveal its existence to outsiders!”

The Three Lights Water might be the key to helping Shang Xia quickly reach the level of Returning to the Origin, to become a fifth tier True Immortal!

Of course, he wasn’t the only one who could benefit from it. It would also assist Kou Chongxue and other True Immortals in the future, and it would likely become the greatest help they could receive.

From the looks of it, the Three Lights Water wouldn’t just be used to increase one’s cultivation. It was just that with the position the Tongyou Institution was in, increasing the cultivation of their high-level experts held the highest priority.

Further experiments could only take place after Yuan Qiuyuan produced more Three Lights Water and after he decided on what to do, he turned his attention back to the Myriad Tinted Cloud Talisman. He felt that he needed to craft the third talisman as soon as possible.
