Bee embarrassingly rubbed his head, "Bro, I thought you were strong enough to face him. I didn't know you were suffering."

Ah, that was critical damage to the Raikage's ego and strength. Yet he couldn't bring himself to deny what Bee said. He got up and faced Shiroken, "You want total control over the village, how is that freedom? You are just strong-arming people."

Shiroken scoffed, "No, I am just strong-arming you. From my experience, I know that people do not care who rules them. They only care about their own lives, that it's good and happy. Your village may be happy under your rule, but that does not mean I can trust you.

Letting you rule your village with autonomy will be like letting a rogue village remain in your backyard. And my aim is peace across all, while you only care about peace in your village,"

Raikage sighed. He was dead anyway if he tried to fight Shiroken. And now there were so many tailed beasts present, staring daggers at him. He had no chance of survival no matter what.

*Sigh*

"The safety and prosperity of my village is my duty. If you can guarantee that, then I shall accept your demands." The Raikage finally accepted his defeat.

"Good boy, SHIRO... get Gyuki and Matatabi out now." Saiken hastily asked him.

"No, Saiken. We shall bring them to the Dama Country first. That's the safest place to take them out. I'm sure the Raikage won't have any problem since the previous Jinchurikis of you all are still alive and well in the Dama Country." Shiroken underhandedly asked Raikage if he had any problem with Bee and Yugito coming with him.

"If you can, put some brain in Bee as well." He shrugged and allowed the two Jinchuriki to go with them.

Shiroken nodded and asked the two to come forward so that he could talk to the beasts. "Come here, Bee and Yugito."

Soon he put his arm on their shoulders and spoke directly to Gyuki and Matatabi. Immediately Shiroken saw Matatabi and Gyuki standing together in the mind space. They looked happy with their smiles.

As Shiroken was connected with the rest of the 6 tailed beasts, they were also able to greet the two. Their bodies appeared behind Shiroken.

"Yo," Shukaku waved.

"I missed you two, Gyuki-chan and Matatabi-chan." Saiken also waved his small chubby arm.

"EWWW... CHOMEI, WHAT THE HELL... NO!" Shukaku made vomiting faces.

Gyuki laughed, "Haha, I like it that you all have not changed. And Chomei, no, brothers and sisters don't kiss."

Chomei nodded, "Ah, yes, only lovers do. Shiro-chan and his new girlfriend will do lots of kisses."

Shiroken's face suddenly turned to him, "W-What? Where did you hear that? Does anybody else know?"

Shukaku answered, "Of course, the entire Dama Country knows, the Dama City even held a festival and prayed to all of us Saint Beasts for a good harvest."

Shiroken confusedly inquired, "Harvest?"

"Kids..." Kurama quickly blurted, enjoying Shiroken's flustered face.

Red-faced, he sighed, "Gyuki, I really need you back to keep them under control. And Matatabi, we really need your kind and sweet attitude at making the people love our little family."

"Hah, little is the farthest thing anyone would use to describe us." Gyuki chuckled and asked, "So, what are you up to? From what I know, you are conquering the world?"

"Of course, that's the only way to create everlasting peace. I need to create a synergy between all the nations so none of them rises up against each other since each will have some economic interests aligned with the other. I'm going to create a web of connections so they don't start a fight, and whenever they do have any complaints they can come and register it in a new organisation I shall make for the countries." Shiroken explained his plan to them all for the first time.

"And you will head that organisation?" Kurama inquired.

He shook his head, "Yes and no. I'm too strong. Also, the president of the organisation is supposed to be changed every 5 years. If I were to sit forever, they would call me a tyrant. Hence, I will be the puppet master from behind the scenes."

"Smart. I see that all my teachings to you did not go to waste." Gyuki proudly praised him.

"Let's end this and deal with Kumo. Then we will go to the Daimyo of the Lightning country and slap some sense into his brain." Shiroken decided and started to retract from the seals.

"YES! LET'S SMASH!" Son Goku exclaimed.

...

"Fine, I accept your surrender. This money is to be seized. It will be used for the development of the country and your village." He ordered. Quickly a few Nidama Clan men came and took the boxes under custody.

Raikage frowned but didn't say anything. The money belonged to the village anyway. If he was able to get the authority of the village with this bribe it was worth it in his mind, but now nothing made any difference.

"What now?" The Raikage inquired.

"You will return to your village with 5 men from my clan. They will handle the administration of your village. Your job is to stay silent and slowly fade away from the public eye. I shall head to the Daimyo." He ordered firmly.

Later, the Kumogakure delegation left immediately. Bee and Yugito Nii were left behind. Bee had immediately bonded with Chomei. It also helped that he was already a pretty good friend of Gyuki. This at least made all the beasts see Bee as someone like a Dama Country citizen.

Yugito Nii, on the other hand, was silent from the start. She might be nervous, seeing so many hostile people around her. Shiroken sighed and patted her shoulder, "Don't worry, you are free to do whatever you want after I take Matatabi out."

She nodded and stayed on alert. Well, it was understandable. But she would probably get better as she sees the Dama Country and meets the other Jinchurikis.

"ALL RIGHT! LET'S HEAD TO THE DAIMYO'S CASTLE. CHOMEI!"

"YEEEEAH!" Chomei let them all jump onto his head and sit. All the other tailed beasts went back inside the seal in Shiroken, where they secretly talked about Shiroken's new girlfriend and also told many stories about their country to Gyuki and Matatabi.

Chomei happily sang songs and flew them in the direction of the Daimyo's castle. But Shiroken also told him to go slow and fly over all the villages in the country so he can take a rough idea of how the country was.

It was much better than the Water and Wind country. There were far fewer villages in poverty. Still, every time he flew over an impoverished village he made sure to grow some fruit trees ready to be plucked. This way, at least he made their hunger better for a short time.

When Yugito Nii and Bee saw this, they truly believed that Shiroken wanted to help the people. "I never knew... that people lived in such a bad condition." Yugito Nii said.

Shiroken sighed and replied, "Of course you didn't. The design of the current social structure is that a Shinobi village wouldn't care about anything outside its boundaries. It's like... one nation two systems."

"YO... Are you trying to unite the country, and feed the hungry?" Bee asked.

"Not just the country, boy. I am uniting the entire world." Shiroken answered.

Yugito looked at the small villages on the ground and muttered, "I wish you luck with Iwa. Onoki is as stupid as one can get."

He chuckled, "Haha, don't worry, child. I will take care of him. You just think about what you will do after getting the tailed beast out. Since there are not going to be any wars or borders, you will be a citizen of the world. You can live anywhere. What is your speciality jutsu?"

"Fire release." She answered.

Shiroken wondered what she could do. The fire release was perhaps the worst class to be for getting a job, "Hmm... you can be a metalsmith. With your fire, you can shape things. Or even be a glass smith. The Dama Country has many courses for people to learn such professions. If you are good at it, you can be rich. I know someone who uses fire release to make extremely beautiful glassware. His products are very popular."

He was talking about Minato. The man needed a job to make money so his son could live a good life. He couldn't ask for money back from the current Konoha after all.

Yugito nodded. If what Shiroken said was true, she will indeed need to find a new job.

*BOOM*

"WE HAVE ARRIVED!" Chomei loudly announced as he landed on a mountain. In front of them was the Daimyo palace, suspended in the air with the support of three mountain peaks.
