Chapter 262 Level Six
Atlas was sitting in front of the fire as the night dragged on, stars lit up the sky like a beautiful canvas. While he admired that, Horus spoke up in a curious voice as he glanced around, 'What are we doing on this mountain ledge master?'
''I was waiting to unlock those bastard Kenku's so they can help us attack that fortress below,'' he answered the Harpy Eagle King.
The bird bobbed its head, 'Do you want me to go scout it out?'
Atlas nodded with a smile, ''Be careful, the empire dogs will try to kill you,'' he warned.
Horus chirped before bragging, ''I am the might Horus, I shall not be slain by a mere dog Master.'
He chuckled at the bird's theatrics, the creature flew off while doing a few twists which made him laugh while muttering, ''Stupid Harpy Eagle, but it's good to have you.''
Following that, Atlas pulled out some meat buns and started eating, just as Amethyst walked out of the tent while yawning, ''Have you slept my love?'' she questioned.
''Not yet but I don't need it,'' he answered the beautiful young woman.
Amethyst paused and turned to him, taking his hand and pulling him to his feet. ''You need rest for tomorrow's fight,'' she said firmly. ''Come with me, we'll get you some sleep.''
Atlas chuckled while letting the phoenix woman drag him into the tent. Soon she pulled him into the bed and cuddled up to him before summoning her wings and wrapping them around him to keep warm.
The following morning, he woke up and saw the ceiling of the tent shaking due to the wind outside. Atlas sighed before climbing out of bed where the sleeping Amethyst was curled up causing him to think,n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
'She's so beautiful.'
He shook his head, walking over to the window. The rain blurred his view, making it hard to see anything. A soft chirp broke the silence, and he glanced up to see Horus perched nearby, his glowing blue eyes fixed on him.
'Master,'
the bird's voice echoed in his mind,
'there are thousands of humans out there—and even more beneath the earth.'
When Atlas heard this he grew curious and asked, ''Did you go inside?''
Horus shook his head,
'No, a barrier blocked me from entering and mages could sense me while I was lurking around,'
he answered.
Following that, Atlas decided to give the new Level Six ago, he was curious at what creatures would appear. He reappeared in a primal jungle which caught him off guard as the howls and screeches of monsters echoed out.
'Some sort of dinosaur maybe? This could be useful,'
Atlas thought while taking out his blades.
He cast Void Infusion, bathing the surroundings in a radiant azure glow. Atlas kept moving forward, but suddenly, the ground beneath him trembled,
'Oh crap, something's coming!'
he thought.
When feeling this Atlas cast Void Step and teleported into the trees above, where he waited silently on a high branch as he spotted the culprit which made him gulp as it was a giant theropod dinosaur monster.
It emerged from the shadows, a creature unlike any he'd ever heard of. Its scales were a deep, dark blue, almost black, with streaks of glowing sapphire running along its body like veins of lightning.
'What is this nightmare!'
he thought while gripping his blades tighter.
Each step it took cracked the ground beneath its colossal claws, and its eyes glowed with an unnatural, fierce intelligence. Atlas was stumped but scanned the monster using Void Sight on it.

'This thing is strong but let's see if I can ambush it,'
he thought with a grin while preparing to attack.
Atlas noticed the monster started to walk under the tree he was in, when this happened he readied Void Smash before jumping off the branch. He descended like a shadow with the force of a meteor.
The air crackled around him as he plummeted, fists charged with dark energy. In a single, explosive strike, he slammed into the beast's armored head, unleashing a shockwave that split the ground beneath them.
It let out a thunderous roar as it was driven into the earth, carving a massive crater in the ground. Atlas's bones shook but he was suddenly slapped with the tail of the monster before being sent flying through the trees.
Thanks to the force of the strike it broke hundreds of trees until crashing into the side of a boulder. Atlas fell to the ground with a thud,
'Ahh fuck, that hurt,'
he thought before looking up.
The ground started to rumble as the half-dead Void Tarrasque rushed toward him, it was letting out a fierce roar that made his heart race. Atlas's Regeneration kicked in allowing him to get up even though pain shot through his body.
Without wasting time he cast Void Bombs at the charging monster, when the azure projectiles slammed against it an explosion erupted. He quickly used Void Step to flee from the shockwave.
After ten minutes Atlas reached a tree and started climbing up to get some rest, when sitting down and admiring the primeval jungle below. While doing that, he pulled up the monster total to see how many he had to kill.

When Atlas saw this he sighed,
'These giants are going to be hard to fight, but will come in handy when attacking empire armies,'
he thought as excitement swelled.
Following that, he jumped down and when to search for the Tarrasques. After five minutes another charged at him. Atlas quickly sent several Void Lances in the creature's direction and when they connected it tripped over.
The giant monster crashed into the ground, Atlas dashed forward and appeared next to its big head before thrusting his blade into its eyes. This made the Tarrasque roar but he quickly cast Void Lance that pierced its skull.
It slipped back into the Void Realm, but before Atlas could catch his breath, more of them surged forward, overwhelming him. He tried to dodge, but one struck him down, jolting him awake in the real world. Stay connected via empire
Gasping, he realized the storm outside had got worse, raging even fiercer than before. Atlas looked around the tent's living room and noticed Horus sitting on the arm of the chair he was on.
'Master, the storm will be here for a few days,'
the bird informed him.
'Another one is hitting from the north.'
