Isekai Journey Of The Magic Archer

Chapter 1021 A strange representation

[OP: ]

Rein used all the time she had for three certain tasks.

The first thing was designing that took her thirty minutes in total where she not only created a complete plan for the model and each one of the parts that she was going to create but also made the required calculations that would theoretically complete the whole of the project.

It took her time, and since she was the only one who could do it, it was quite difficult for her. And, in addition to that, since she was making something like this for the first time, she was not very proficient with it.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Thankfully, she had seen Eon create something like this or even much more complicated things many times and knew just how to make something that was not just simple and precise but also on point and practical.

She didn't have to worry about how this was going to look since she was aiming to represent her Learning through the practical use of these things.

Her representation was going to be unique like her so, just like the kind of creatures that she adored, she was going to use this chance to make this thing as special as possible… and to do that, she had created a detailed plan so attractive that those watching her live were all stunned by all that they were seeing.

They had made this test for her, and they had expected a few things, but even before the creation process itself, she had far surpassed their expectations.

Her design aside, the thing that she was aiming to create was not simply a projection tool that would show what she wanted them to see but something that was much more profound.

She was creating a tool that recorded her 'journey' and represented in not text or audio format but in an indirect experience.

It was difficult to explain it in simple terms, but she was making a creation that would have a complex inside made up of even more complex parts, and the thing it would do, though in simple terms would be showing them certain things on a magic screen, was in fact much deeper than that.

One could compare it to someone writing something through a laser light on a blank screen with each section of that laser laser having some element of the 'story' that she wanted to tell them.

In theory, it was a crazy idea, and just for thinking of something like that, they were going to give her a good score, but that wasn't the end of her answer.

She used her acquired skill that made many shadow clones out of her show and used these clones as well as Branwen for various things in the second part: production.

With Branwen, her black crow as the centre, the clone worked as she wanted them and created the various parts with the help of various tools available to them, which in itself was a rare sight to witness.

"Huuu…"

There were not many in this world who could use the clones as well as she could since the clones themselves did not have any intelligence.

They were simple shells that received orders from someone or something and then executed those orders based on their flexibility.

Not all clones created by all skills were the same.

While one could create clones with even magic, the clones created with a high ranking skill would perform much better in comparison to magic productions, and a clone made with the innate or origin skills would perform much better than the other types.

There were many beings in this world that could create a clone of themselves through racial or natural skills, but in humans, it wasn't a common thing.

Even among the witches who were called the epitome of natural spells, clones were not a common concept. So, seeing her create not one or two but over a dozen clones effortlessly spoke of her proficiency.

She was no simple person… being able to divide one's mental power, a little of action as well, among so many artificial creations, was something even those who had trained to do something like this specifically could not do.

She was good at this, and thanks to this ability, she was able to produce the parts required for her creation in under an hour and half as well.

It was also thanks to the things (artifacts) that she had on herself, as well as the tools available to her in various rooms. Still, all the credit would still go to her.

"Finally…"

The last stage was assembly. And this part was going to be the trickiest one since unlike her fiancé, she did not have a perfect memory.

She did not know what part was going to be in what place. And, there were over a few thousand small and big parts before her so, she had to do this in order.

There was Branwen, her wise crow to help her, but even with his help, they ended up taking an hour just for the assembly, ending up finishing on the brink of the end of their given time…

She had to go into the zone for many parts of this whole creation, but in the end, she was able to make it. And, tough she knew she might have messed things up somewhere, since she had no time to see whether this thing worked or not, she just finished it and placed it there.

"You sure are quite something, alright."

And though she had not expected it, as soon as she was done, a few people appeared behind her out of nowhere.

The voice that had gasped just now was well familiar to her ears. It was a voice that she wouldn't forget even if she wanted to.

"Well, you should praise me if you think that, you know?"

Headmaster, along with a few people covered in special hoods, had appeared in her test space.

These people, as Rein could see with her special eyes, were all abnormal individuals.

Some of them had super high stats while some of them had long descriptions written in their status windows.

They were perhaps the people that made her paper, or this one test question and were going to check it later.

But, she didn't think that they would come all the way here just to check her answer when they could have done so after she was gone… actually, she didn't even know that she was still in the test area when the test time was already over.

"Do you know how many questions you were asked when you were in the middle of creating this, Uriel?"

The headmaster was looking at the small structure no bigger than a small box that resembled a really ugly mixture of a crocodile and a Carp.

It was a strange water creature but somehow, it seemed like it was a being straight out from the depths of hell.

There was a tail to this creature, but that tail was the powerhouse of this entire creation.

The eyes of the being, the three eyes that weren't symmetrical at all, were the projectors from where the lasers following the Mana string materialisation technology were going to be used.

The body of the creature that was covered by a detachable shell resembling a tortoise's shell was the main body where most of the parts making this thing was stored.

Including the main Gayablard or the sensory network of the creation, most of the parts of this creation that included things that had filled this entire room and the rest just a moment ago were stored in a spatially expanded space.

"Why would I know how many questions there were, you bastard? It's not like I had the time to count the shitty questions that you all were asking… in the first place, don't you know what I was doing?!

Why the hell were you asking me basic questions like why I was doing this or why I wasn't doing something else instead?!"

She was frustrated by the approach that these people had taken.

Valid questions aside, by the time she was into the creation process, she almost felt like these people were simply quenching their own curiosity.

Many of the questions didn't even make any sense so she skipped a few of them. They were useless and baseless and even the ones asking questions should know that.

But, they wouldn't confess that they were simply excited outright. They would never do that or else it would hurt their pride. Instead, they simply made excuses…

"There are things you do not know about, young one."

"That is right. The questions have far deeper meanings than you have to know."

"There's no need for us to answer your questions, young girl. Come here. Show us what you've created."

The headmaster didn't say anything but these other old geezers instantly got on her nerves.

"What the hell? I gave the test and I'm not supposed to ask why you asked those questions? What kind of people are you?! Merlin-! Headmaster! I won't answer these bastards!"

She was frustrated and didn't like it at all, and the headmaster could see that.

"If that's what you want, Uriel. Then it's alright. You can leave."

-Ooooong!

A gate opened up behind her…

"But I'd like you to stay."

They had everything that they needed and the only reason they reason they wanted her here was because they wanted to know her reason behind making it the way this thing was…

He, personally, wanted to know more about her creation from her.

And she could see that in his colourful eyes.

"Ughh… you drive me crazy, you know?"

She decided to stay behind.

"But bring Him here as well. I wanna show it to him as well. Oh! What kind of test did he have?"

Still, if she was going to stay, it was better for her to stay here with the person without whom she would have never been able to make this thing.

It was thanks to her that she made it… so she wanted him to see this as well. And if possible, have this as well.
