That seemed like a pain… invading the enemies territory like that won't be easy and Rain couldn't do it alone. He will need at least a small force to distract the enemies and free the prisoners… Still, the actual goal wasn't so bad.

Genocide wasn't in the list of things that Rain wanted to do, so free those who didn't want to join the conflict because they knew how stupid their leaders were being sounded nice.

"If we are to pull this off, we have to do this this week, I will stay at home in the next few months and I don't have any intentions of leaving," Rain declared.

"We can use the cover of the night to move and approach the enemy's territory… but can we reach them in a single night?" Terra asked. "I suppose Seara will have to stay with her father during that time."

"I am coming too," Seara readily declared.

They messed up talking about that while she was sleeping nearby… she woke up while they were in the middle of it. Regardless, maybe Seara could help without having to kill anyone… it was better if she didn't kill while she was pregnant.

"... I guess the only problem is speed, we can fool the enemy by moving at night, but crossing such a massive distance in a single night will be," Rain furrowed his eyebrows and then he saw Seara grinning and showing a thumbs up. "I suppose that won't be a problem…"

It has been two months since the discussion that Rain had with Seadrei, and he still was sticking with his thoughts. Since Rain didn't have the chance to do his investigation, Seadrei probably assumed that Rain accepted his point of view, he couldn't be more wrong about that.

In any case, after two days, everything about the plan was ready, so the group just had to put it into action… As usual, the group under Rain's control trained during the day, but when night came, and things would get lively in the camp, only silence could be seen there from a distance… only silence and darkness, it felt like everyone there had vanished alongside the daylight.

On the day before, Artisia and the magic squad had left the area in the middle of the night with the sea dragon and the others only left that night using the underground tunnel… still, one hour later they were in the capital and then resumed their trip while flying.

"Wow… this is much faster than I had expected!" Terra said while they were flying inside an ice chamber.

Rain was transporting the five hundred recruits that he had been training in the last few months… despite that, he was able to fly even faster than he could do it alone, thanks to Seara's help. How? That was a secret for another time…

Either way, they were so fast that the chamber was trembling while it was flying… Rain had to improve the aerodynamics of the chamber.

Rain's original plan was to reach the capital of the magic people around midnight, but they ended up arriving two hours faster than predicted… he ended up underestimating his own technique and his own growth. It also helped the fact that he was still growing stronger after using so much mana and so fast.

"We are here, as planned, me and the recruits will draw the attention of the enemies," Rain declared when they could see the lights of the magic people's capital ahead. "Don't take any chances, okay?"

"Understood," Seara said.

"You worry too much, why don't you have confidence in your own plan?" Terra asked.

"I am confident and that is why we are following it," Rain said. "Still, I am not arrogant enough to think that it is perfect. Regardless, things should go fine once they all notice that I am here."

The group split up once they landed nearby. Terra and Seara soon found a hole underground and disappeared after they closed it. Although the underground tunnels had been revealed a long time ago, Rain sealed most of them to avoid letting the enemies know where they were connected.

"I am starting to think that they are even less than pawns for the true enemies…" Rain said while looking around with Magic Eyes and not finding any suspicious source of mana. "In any case, let's get going."
