I Made Up Forbidden Spells, and They Actually Worked?

Chapter 255 Montaris Alice is Back

"Teacher, you're amazing!" Prolo Hawthorne exclaimed excitedly. "I want to be as strong as you someday!"

Dean Bruce smiled and ruffled Prolo's hair. "As long as you put in the effort, you can definitely do it. But remember, magic is not just about displaying power; it's also a battle of wisdom and mindset."

Prolo nodded seriously. "I understand, Teacher. I'll work hard to learn."

Alice and Delina Reba also gathered around, expressing their admiration and gratitude for Dean Bruce.

"Thank you, Professor Dean, for all your guidance and care," Alice said gratefully.

"Yes, Professor Dean, not only have you taught us magic, but you've also shown us how to face difficulties and challenges," Delina Reba added.

Dean Bruce looked at the three students, filled with a sense of pride and contentment. He knew they not only had outstanding magical talents but also possessed a tenacious spirit and a positive attitude.

"Alright, no need to be so polite," Dean Bruce chuckled. "We're a team, and helping each other grow is what we're supposed to do."

Just then, there was a knock at the door.

"Who's that?" Prolo Hawthorne went over and opened the door, revealing a familiar figure standing outside Montaris Alice.

"Aunt Montaris, what brings you here?" Prolo Hawthorne asked, surprised.

Montaris Alice smiled and walked in. "I heard you did well in your competition today, so I came to congratulate you."

"Thank you, Aunt Montaris," Prolo Hawthorne said.

Dean Bruce stood up politely. "Montaris, you're too kind. Please, come in."

Montaris Alice sat down on the sofa, her gaze scanning Dean Bruce and the three students, before finally resting on Dean Bruce.

"Professor Dean, I've heard that your magic is very impressive. Would you mind showing me some of it again?" Montaris Alice asked with a smile.

Dean Bruce couldn't help but feel a little helpless. He knew that every time Montaris Alice came over, it was because she wanted to see him demonstrate magic, and it always put him in a rather awkward position.

"Montaris, you're too generous with your praise," Dean Bruce said, chuckling. "My magic is nothing special, just a few tricks."

However, Montaris Alice didn't seem ready to let it go and kept insisting that Dean Bruce demonstrate more magic.

Sighing, Dean Bruce relented and began to recite the humorous spell again: "Two Tigers, two tigers, running fast, running fast..."

As he recited the spell, Dean Bruce once again mimicked the action of a tiger running, causing Montaris Alice and the three students to burst into laughter.

"Haha, Professor Dean, you are just too funny!" Montaris Alice laughed.

Dean Bruce smiled faintly, though his mind was already racing, wondering how to rid himself of the persistent Montaris Alice.

Just then, there was a sudden sound of hurried footsteps outside. Moments later, a mysterious figure in a black cloak rushed into the room.

"Professor Dean, it's bad!" the mysterious person said urgently. "We've discovered some crucial intelligence. You need to handle it immediately."n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Upon hearing this, Dean Bruce's heart tightened. He knew the mysterious figure was one of his informants stationed outside the academy, someone who kept him updated on vital information.

"What's the intelligence? Speak quickly!" Dean Bruce asked, his voice sharp with urgency.

The mysterious figure leaned in close to Dean Bruce's ear and whispered something. After listening, Dean Bruce's expression grew serious.

"Alright, I understand. You go immediately and notify the others. Get ready for battle," Dean Bruce said in a low, commanding voice.

The mysterious figure nodded in acknowledgement and quickly left the dormitory.

Montaris Alice watched the figure leave and, curious, asked, "Professor Dean, what's going on?"

Dean Bruce didn't answer immediately. He turned to Prolo Hawthorne, Alice, and Delina Reba and said, "You three stay here. Don't go out. I have something important to handle."

Without another word, he turned and left the dormitory, heading in the direction indicated by the intelligence.

Montaris Alice stood there, watching Dean Bruce's retreating figure, an unsettling feeling growing in her chest. She didn't know what was about to happen, but she sensed that a crisis was quietly drawing near...

Meanwhile, Dean Bruce, following the information he had received, arrived at a dense forest on the back mountain of the academy. There, a group of mysterious figures cloaked in black were gathered around a massive magic circle, busily working to activate it.

"Who are these people? What do they want?" Dean Bruce thought to himself as he stealthily moved closer to observe.

He hid behind a large tree, carefully watching the actions of the cloaked figures. He saw them continuously channeling their magic into the circle, causing the light from the magic array to grow brighter and brighter.

"This isn't good they're trying to activate the magic array!" Dean Bruce thought, his mind racing. He knew he had to stop them as quickly as possible.

Just as he prepared to rush out, a familiar voice suddenly rang in his ear.

"Professor Dean, you've finally arrived."

Dean Bruce turned toward the voice and saw a woman in an elegant robe standing not far away, smiling at him.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?" Dean Bruce asked cautiously, his senses on high alert.

The woman smiled faintly. "I am Morgana, the Messenger of the Lord of Darkness. Professor Dean, don't you remember me?"

At the mention of her name, Dean Bruce's heart lurched. He hadn't expected that this mysterious woman was none other than Morgana, the Dark Mage who had attacked the academy before!

"Morgana, what do you want?" Dean Bruce asked in a low, serious voice.

Morgana smiled. "Professor Dean, you don't need to be so tense. I'm not here for a battle. Instead, I want to offer you a deal."

"A deal? What kind of deal?" Dean Bruce asked, confused.

Morgana stepped closer to him and whispered, "I know you're interested in dark magic. I can teach you how to harness its power, to make you even stronger."

Dean Bruce hesitated. He knew how powerful dark magic could be, but he was also aware of its dangers. If he mastered it, he could indeed become much stronger, but he might also fall into an abyss from which there would be no return.

"Professor Dean, there's no need to rush your decision," Morgana seemed to read his thoughts. "You can think it over and come find me when you're ready."

With that, she turned and walked away. Dean Bruce watched her figure disappear into the distance, lost in thought.

Dean Bruce stood there, his gaze distant, staring in the direction Morgana had gone. His thoughts were a whirl of conflicting emotions. The allure of dark magic was like a deep abyss, calling to him, tempting him to explore its unknown power. But at the same time, he knew well the dangers and the cost of such power.

"Professor Dean, what are you thinking about?" Prolo Hawthorne's voice suddenly broke through his thoughts.

Dean Bruce turned to see Prolo Hawthorne, Alice, and Delina Reba standing not far away, all looking at him with concerned expressions.

"It's nothing, just thinking about some things," Dean Bruce smiled and shook his head, trying to mask the turmoil inside.

"Professor Dean, we saw Morgana earlier. What did she say to you?" Alice asked curiously.

Dean Bruce paused for a moment, then decided to share the truth with them. After all, they were his students, and they had the right to know what was happening.

"She wants to teach me dark magic, to make me stronger," Dean Bruce said honestly.

"What? Dark magic?" Prolo Hawthorne exclaimed in shock. "Professor Dean, you can't agree to that! Dark magic is evil it will make you lose yourself!"

Alice and Delina Reba nodded in agreement, their faces full of concern.

Dean Bruce looked at the determined expressions on his students' faces, and a warm feeling surged within him. He knew that he couldn't let them down, and he couldn't allow himself to be led down the wrong path.

"Don't worry, I won't agree to her," Dean Bruce said with a smile. "I have already made my choice. I will continue on my path, using light magic to protect this world."

Hearing this, his students smiled with relief. They knew that Dean Bruce was a principled and responsible person, and they trusted that his decision was the right one.

"That's a relief, Professor Dean," Prolo Hawthorne said. "We will always support you."

Alice and Delina Reba also voiced their support.

Dean Bruce nodded. "Thank you all. With you by my side, I have even more confidence."

Just then, the sound of hurried footsteps approached. A group of academy staff and guards hurried over, with the principal at the front.

"Professor Dean, are you all alright?" the principal asked, concern etched on his face.

Dean Bruce shook his head. "We're fine, Principal. But those mysterious figures have activated the magic circle. We need to stop them as soon as possible."

The principal's expression darkened. "Alright, let's move out immediately."

Under the principal's lead, they swiftly made their way toward the magic circle. When they arrived, they saw that the mysterious figures had already completed the activation, and a powerful dark energy was surging out of the circle.

"This is bad. They've succeeded!" Dean Bruce exclaimed.

The principal furrowed his brow. "We must destroy the magic circle quickly, or the consequences will be catastrophic."

With that, he ordered the academy's staff and guards to attack the magic circle. However, the mysterious figures had clearly prepared for this. They quickly formed a defensive formation, blocking the group's attacks.

Dean Bruce surveyed the situation, his mind racing with anxiety. He knew that they couldn't keep this up much longer. A new strategy was needed, and fast.
