Hollywood Zenith

Everyone got into their respective vehicles and headed south of Central London. The Studio fully booked the famous new gathering hall in London, The Sky Domain. It was a massive building with top few floors reserved for private parties.

They had three different section each fully covered in glass which made guest feel more intuned with London skylines, they could see the bustling city blinking around them making it akin to having a castle in the sky hence it's name.

Samuel instead of going back to his Cadillac hopped in with Darren and Emma along with others in their limousine. Darren basically didn't know anyone in London since he was from LA decided to rent it instead of outright splurging his own money for it.

With how much he had been travelling, it was understandable that Aunt Aubrey wouldn't give him enough allowance to buy a outright luxury vehicle. He could have asked his father or someone from his company that branched here in London but he found it embarrassing. It's like every rich kid would be like Samuel who was independent since he was eleven years old!

It was a normal fifteen minute drive, the girls kept talking about Samuel and Darren's shenanigans as both of them sat back not wanting to start any fight to ruin the atmosphere. After arriving, Samuel send Kate with Emma and told her to look after her while he talked with Steve who was waiting to give him the report.

" I see you arrived earlier than us." Samuel approached Steve who was already waiting for him outside the venue.

" Of Course, we have also stationed our people at important vantage point and Jane is running the information terminal for any red flags. We will know if anyone tried to act funny tonight."

" That's....good, what about the suspect? Did you catch a good glimpse so that we can identify him if he tried to leave the country?"

" I am afraid we weren't able to find anything about him. Jane was able to trangulate his position for split second but with so many people it became harder for us to know who he was. He could have easily slipped out his disguise and we wouldn't know anything about it but I have assigned few of our people to go through every nook and cranny.

If he left behind anything we will be able to find him and send it to the lab to get a DNA sample."

Steve was a little regretful failing the mission but Samuel never held it against him. He along with other knew that how hard these people were and how masterfully they evaded him for months. He could only hope for them to surface again in the future. It was not a impossible plan seeing that they just blatantly provoked him publicly.

" It's fine we will get them sooner or later."

" Do you think there are more moles among us? I mean, how would they even know such details if they didn't investigate what we did in Paris."

" I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to defect beside, there could be more people working for them in French government. They had access to the site after we left, maybe that's how he got his information. There is also the issue of two rats that we have left alone for few weeks now. Tell Jane to keep an eye on their movement."

" I don't think they would move anytime soon. I have been observing their movements and it seemed like they are scared shitless, it highly likely they would be slaughtered if they decided to poke their head up which could explain why they hadn't moved since going underground. Normally guys like them liked to move around, but since we don't know where this organization's reach extends.

It's better for them to stay put knowing their place is a blind spot."

" I think you are right. Keep monitoring them and ask our people to be extra careful. They might vanish if they knew that we were watching them." Samuel was referring to Huxley and Merikh the supposed perpetrator in Hannah's kidnapping.

They were lucky that Samuel was patient enough to not annihilate them but it looked like their time was running out. If they didn't prove themselves useful soon, he might have to resort to violent methods which would open door of them simply killing themselves to protect higher up's identity.

" There is also one thing. Put someone to monitor the Rockefeller members that are in this country. I have a strange suspicion of them being involved in this incident."

" Boss? But your father just told you-"

" I know what's his orders are. Just keep it under wraps so that no one else find out about this that means keeping it a secret from Arthur. He always tell on me every chance he gets!"

" Alright Boss." He left to focus on task on hand that was to protect Samuel.

Meanwhile Samuel made his way up through the private elevator. He was feeling a little down getting bad news after bad news today. It was like the prize was right in front of his eyes but he always failed to grasp it.

After entering the top floor he started searching for Kate and his friends pushing all the negative thoughts out of his head. He soon spotted them in a corner but he felt something was wrong. He could see Kate and Emma talking with some men but there was no smile on their faces.

A man that was about same age as Kate seemed to be talking to her but she held her face down refusing to even look at him. Two other men that were obviously the middle man's sidekick were laughing and pointing at her while Emma was trying to push back.

He couldn't hear what they were talking about since there was loud music playing in the background but the situation looked rough.

"Where the hell is that bastard when I actually need him?" He cursed Darren since he was nowhere to be found. He had one job that was to stop flies like them but he couldn't even do that! Samuel briskly walked closer fully expecting it was a normal man hitting on his girl but it turned out to be more ugly than he expected!
