Chapter 360 The Mystery Of The Past!
While Xin Yan stayed awake trying to sleep in her bed, the next day arrived before she could even succeed with that. She had to get up from bed with her eyes wide awake. Fortunately, she was a cultivator, so she did not need much sleep to survive.
During the whole night, she had some self-reflection; she could not believe how she was acting like a little girl in love.
'How embarrassing.' Xin Yan lay there in bed, with her face buried in the sheets out of shame.
'Ah~ What did he say about talking with everyone again?' After a while, Xin Yan started to calm down and recalled Noah's words.
'Starting tomorrow, we have a tough future ahead of us.' His voice echoed in her mind as she closed her eyes. 'There will be so many changes in the world, but there is one thing certain, the world is about to change.'
Snapping her eyes open, Xin Yan got up from the bed, turned around, and watched the sun rising outside the window. "No matter what else changes as long as you are with me, nothing else matters." Muttering those words to herself, Xin Yan walked towards her bathroom and closed the door after entering it.

*Clank!*
The huge doors of the sect's main hall opened as a man walked inside the room. Upon entering the room, he looked around before their eyes landed on a man seated in the sect leader's seat with his eyes closed.
"So what did you call us here for?" Wuhan asked with a frowning look on his face, "and… why are you in my seat?"
Noah snapped his eyes open hearing his voice and replied, "Let the others come; I will tell everyone at the same time."
"That's fine, but tell me why are you sitting in the seat that belongs to me?" Wuhan nodded in understanding before asking again. This time Noah closed his eyes again without replying, which caused a tick mark to appear on Wuhan's forehead.Nôv(el)B\\jnn
"What happened?" Before he could say anything, someone else entered the room. It was Ming Ye, who walked into the room with his granddaughter. They both looked at Wuhan with a confused look on their faces.
He did not want to lose his temper in front of Ming Ye, "Nothing, he has something to tell us. We are just waiting for everyone to gather… Xin Yan is here as well."
In the middle of his explanation, he saw the blue-haired woman entering the room. Upon entering, Xin Yan's eyes paused at Noah before she looked away.
'This is bad, I might blush in front of everyone if this goes on.'
"Everyone Is here?" Wuhan looked at Noah and asked to confirm in a tone that confused Ming Ye. Ruo'er also looked around the room but did not say anything.
"Since everyone is here, I will explain the reason I called all of you here so early in the morning." Noah nodded before standing up from the seat, much to Wuhan's pleasure.
"As you all know, there is an unknown enemy in the empire wreaking havoc." Noah waved his hand, and a mask appeared in his hands. Wuhan clenched his hands into fists, seeing the white piece of cloth with a sun painted on top of it.
Seeing the look of recognition on everyone's faces, Noah dropped the bombshell on them, "There is someone in this world who does not belong here… besides me."
His words only came as a surprise to Ming Ye and Ruo'er. The other two already had some idea that Noah knew about the organization more than he should.
"The name of this organization is The Red Dawn." Noah snapped his fingers, and the scene of the room changed as everyone found themselves standing in a dark room filled with an eerie vibe and a suffocating feeling.
In the middle of the room was a purple-haired man flying holding a towering figure of what seemed to be a beast in his hands; the most noticeable thing about that person was the black-colored sun mask he was wearing on his face.
There seemed to be three more people in the room who were lying on the floor dead, with blood flowing from their bodies. The blood floated on the ground and glowed before moving in the direction of an altar.
A black stone that sparked with red light floated above the altar and sucked all of the blood inside of it.
"Where are we?" Ruo'er lowered her head and saw her whole body shaking in fear. But what Wuhan said in reply to her question made her eyes go wide in shock.
"We are in an illusion." Wuhan himself could not believe how real the illusion around him was; he had witnessed another him killing two people before with an illusion, but this was the first time he witnessed it by himself.
"This place is…" Xin Yan's eyes widened; she saw the Divine appearance of Noah's previous life, standing in front of her. Since she was familiar with the effects of Noah's illusions, her eyes immediately went towards Noah.
"Yes… this was the leader of the Red Dawn Organization from my world… The Demon King!" Noah nodded as he started to explain, "You can think of him as an emperor of the demonic sects but more powerful."
"What are you going to do with E̶v̶e̶l̶y̶n̶?!" beside Xin Yan, no one could hear the name and only heard a muffled voice and they could not see the faces of anyone present. It was as if something was preventing me from seeing it, like a blur.
"You cannot do anything, the red dawn is imminent." The demon king coughed out a mouthful of blood before he uttered words between his choked words. "Just kill me and let me be the use of the lord for the last time…. Is that what you expected me to say? How sad~ poor you~"
…
Everyone in the room suddenly got confused hearing the mocking tone in the demon's voice.
