Noah casted a confused glance at Xin Yan who promptly ignored his silence pleading.

'Deal with it yourself. I do not want to get in this mess.' Thinking of this Xin Yan silently distanced herself from the conversation.

"What do you mean Elysia?"

Seeing that he would not be getting any help from anyone Noah asked Elysia directly to which she jumped in his embrace with her head in his chest.

"Xin Yan said you would hate me if I came to your room without your permission."

Noah's lips twitched as if he understood what was happening and he sighed. Noah naturally was not a dense person who has no knowledge of worldly affairs.

Having lived for thousands of years, what kind of face had he not seen in his life?

Even when he knew about her emotions, what could he do? He did not have any interest in romantic relationships right now.

After what happened to him in his previous life he felt like his heart had been closed off and he was unable to look at another woman in a romantic way.

"Elysia It's not that I would hate it But…My heart is not ready for any kind of relationship at the moment. I don't want you to waste your time on someone like me."

Elysia stopped crying all of a sudden and looked in Noah's eyes silently.

She saw all kinds of emotions inside of them, yet the most prominent was a gentleness of not wanting to hurt her feelings.

Her face bloomed into a wide smile. Her eyes glowed with a bright light as she opened her mouth to speak.

"I know you have a burden on your heart and you don't want to share it for some reason." She touched his chest gently and added "If you won't stop me from chasing after you I would love to be your sugar Mommy for the rest of your life."

Even though she said that was not all she was thinking, her loving expression of the dark thoughts in her mind perfectly.

'Even if you did stop me I will silently chase after you till the ends of the universe~'

Noah's eyes widened as a smile appeared on his face. He shook his head and replied

"I don't have any right to make you change your feelings but that does not mean I would be accepting them. If you really are fine with this choice of yours, feel free to do whatever you want."

Elysia's smile could not be contained on her face as her eyes changed into a heart shaped pattern.

"That does not mean that you would reject my advances too. As long as I have a chance I will strive to make my way inside your heart."

Xin Yan on the other hand felt a slight pang in her heart. She could not have imagined that Elysia would be this forward with Noah about her feelings.

She was even more surprised hearing that Noah rejected her feelings because he did not want to have any romantic relationships.

This revelation gave her complex feelings in her heart.

On one hand she was happy that Elysia would not be making any move on Noah soon but on the other hand she was sad that Noah heard that there was a burden in his heart that he did not want to share with anyone else.

'I should stop thinking of Noah as my son. I keep thinking that since he is my son that I should understand him better than anyone else. That is no longer my son.'

Xin Yan sighed silently and released her clenched fist that was unknowingly formed facing the tense situation. Her heart was in a mess so she chose to walk back into her room silently, leaving Noah and Elysia alone.

"Elysia, can you get down now."

Seeing that Elysia who was in her arms had started taking deep and heavy breaths which caused her plump assets to rub against his chest.

Elysia reluctantly backed away with a heavy blush on her face.

'I cannot get enough of his smell.'

Her thoughts drifted along as she looked at Noah with a dreamy look.

Her eyes narrowed slightly as she sensed something.

"That imprint!" Her words caused Noah to freeze in his place. "Why is it growing weaker? That should not be happening to an imprint of a world tree."

Elysia's words caused a pained smile to appear on his face.

Her words were not wrong from the time he had died and reincarnated the imprint of the world tree died down a little and with the speed it was going, in a few years it would completely disappear.

When she realized that Noah was aware of this point, she did not speak about anything else. Noah's face showed his reluctance to talk about this topic.

Seeing her not saying anything Noah smiled in gratitude.

"I am going back to cultivate till morning, you can do anything you want." Saying that Noah turned around to leave.

Elysia's hand automatically moved to stop him but she held herself back and could only look at his desolate and lonely back.

As she saw his back disappear around the corner, her body relaxed a little. She sighed out and looked at the moon.

Her face blushed a little as she thought.

'How embarrassing, I confessed to him while crying.'

Shaking her head she turned to look at the closed door to Noah's room and she could not help but think about his last Words.

'didn't he just say that I can do anything!'

With a lustful smile on her face she entered the room and closed the door behind her.

Her eyes landed on Noah's bed which was well maintained with the sheets properly set in their place but to her this was oozing with Noah's scent.

Elysia jumped on Noah's bed and dived into his sheets. She rubbed her face against the sheets.

'Ahmn~~ Noah's scent. It like like I am holding Noah and he is holding me tight in his embrace~~'
