"In this case, I think he would only scold us lightly because we ate it before dinner. But I could be wrong." Carolyn thought. But hearing her words, the others gained massive insight.  

"We should still prepare for the worst." Herrick wasn't going to take chances. 

"But with this, we know how Keith will react." Cadmus sighed deeply as he turned to the students, "So we are all in agreement, right? We're eating this together?"

"Yep." The ones eager to try were Carolyn, Alfia, Herrick, Melor, Jack, and Arlo, who nodded. For the rest,

"If you guys are doing it, fine." "Same." 

Gabriel, Faelyn, and Sarah nodded. Since everyone was so eager, they wanted to give it a shot. 

"What about you guys?" The only ones left were the adults. 

"I'm in!" "Same here." Nephele and Aidiun joined. However,

"I don't need it." "I can wait for Keith." Sohma and Diana shook their heads.  

"You two are the ones who need to eat it the most!" If the most level-headed people joined in, Keith would believe everything! However, the look they had showed how much they didn't care. 

Darn it! Cadmus glared at the students! Show your charms! And the students understood what he wanted as they quickly made their move!

"Please, Vice-principal!" "Do it for us!" Herrick and the others surrounded Sohma and Diana. 

"...Fine." Since the students were begging him, Sohma had no choice. He was weak against his students.

"Dorm Mother Diana, aren't you interested!" "Yeah!" 

"I am. But-" "Please!" 

"Stop acting coy! I know you want to try it as well!" Cadmus scoffed. Diana was easier to convince than Sohma. Despite her refusal, she was eager to try. 

"...Fine." Diana took a deep sigh. With everyone in agreement, Cadmus took off the lid. And the aroma stored inside burst forth. 

"What meat did he use?"

"That's the boffalo bones." Carolyn knew what he used. However, it didn't look like a bone. Keith had cut them, making them look like pancakes.

"It looks so different." "How did he make it so puffy?" Everyone commented as they stared at the slices. What made it fascinating was the size. It was bloated. 

"Bottoms up!" Cadmus grinned as he picked up a piece. And when he did, the others followed suit. 

"So delicious!"

"Keith really outdid himself this time!" The others couldn't help but gasp at the taste. It was juicy! How was this called a bone? This was tender and juicy meat! 

"Wait a minute! This bone has the same taste as a cloud pig!"

"This one is similar to a rush bull!"

"This is lamb!"

"This guy made the bones taste differently!" Each slice was different from one another! And the others couldn't stop as they continued to eat. 

"What's going on?" Everyone turned their heads to see Keith by the door. All their eyes dilated. He came out of the shower. But what made them shiver was the man was holding a hatchet!

"Keith, weren't you showering?!" Carolyn questioned.  

"Yes. Didn't I say I was?"

"I see." That doesn't explain the hatchet in your hand. Everyone gulped. It was too eye-catching. 

"Keith, why do you have the hatchet in your hand?" Herrick went forward and asked. 

"Oh, that's because I'm going to use it."

"..." Use it? Use it how?! And stop tossing it so nonchalantly! 

Everyone gulped at how Keith was causally tossing the hatchet up and down. It was light and casual. But for them, it was anything but casual. 

Nephele was the first one to make a move and hid behind Diana. Whatever happened in these next 10 minutes... no, 5 minutes would determine their fate. 

"Huh? What happened to all the slices?" Keith's eyes locked onto the table. The plate that had all the bone slices was missing!

"!" Everyone froze! It seemed they had forgotten what to say to him. They had planned an explanation. But that hatchet in his hand caught them off guard! 

"Did you guys eat all of it?"

"..." That was a yes. 

"Everyone ate it?" Keith looked at Sohma and Aidiun. The two looked away, embarrassed. Seeing the two who had the highest patience like this. That was a yes.

"Couldn't you wait until dinner?" Keith let out a dry laugh.

"Sorry, Keith." Carolyn was the first to apologize. And the others followed suit. 

"Hah," Keith sighed, "It's fine. It was meant for everyone to eat." He wasn't mad about it. 

"..." Victory! Everyone sighed in relief when they heard that! Cadmus was right! He wouldn't punish all of them! This was a win for the masses!

"Are you guys full?" 

"We are full!"

"I don't think we can eat dinner after eating all those bone slices." 

"Really?" Keith raised a brow. He didn't believe them.

"Yeah, you made so many." Even Cadmus added to this. They needed to take this win. They couldn't force it even more. 

"I see. I guess I will be eating that alone." Keith sighed.

"Eh?" Everyone's expression turned blank.
