"This is only about a third of the first floor." Keith smiled. 

"Eh?" This is a third of the first floor?! 

"If this is the third, let's search now!" They would need to act fast to explore everything. 

"You're right, Melor. But we need to do something before we head out." "Hmm? What do you mean."

"Listen up, everyone. We'll go with a 2-5-2-1 formation." 

"Eh?" What's that? 

"It's the formation we'll go with as we explore the dungeon." For them to have a successful exploration, they would need to fight in formation. Keith understood he couldn't have them run around freely. 

"I see," Everyone understood.

"Where are we going?" Herrick asked.  

"To begin with, we have two vanguards. These guys will be our shield and hard hitters. That's Melor and Herrick." The tankers that would draw the monster's attention would be them. They had the highest endurance and strength out of everyone. 

"You know it!" Herrick lifted his head up. 

"We'll protect you guys!" Melor pounded his chest. 

"Now for the five. This will be a little odd." Keith frowned. 

"At the very end will be our wings. They will force the monster to fight solely on Herrick and Melor. They will not allow any of them to get to our backline. They have to be decisive and have a calm mind."

"I see. Who would that be?" 

"Faelyn will be on the left side, while Jack and Arlo will be on the right." Keith accounted for this. Faelyn alone was enough to handle one side. She was a spearman and a magician at the same time.

Jack and Arlo were an excellent duo when paired with one another. 

"And in the center of the three will be me and Gabriel. We'll be the joker cards."

"Joker cards?"

"Essentially, we'll fill in the roles if anything happens." Keith and Gabriel were the most well-rounded out of everyone here. They could react faster than anyone and could adjust on the fly. They could become vanguards or mages quickly. 

"Gabriel, can you do it?"

"You don't have to worry. I can do it." Gabriel smiled. 

"And the last three will be you ladies. You two will be our firepower." The explosiveness Alfia and Carolyn had second to none in S-class

"We'll force the monsters into one area. That way, you guys can bomb them like no tomorrow."

"Understood." The two girls nodded.

"And I'm the final one?" Sarah smiled. 

"Mmhmm. You're our healer. Prioritize on Herrick and Melor." Sarah was the only healer of the group. The formation will be like this:

Keith sighed, "This formation is something I thought up in the last few days. If there are problems, I will make adjustments." It was not a permanent thing. 

"This is fine. You accounted for our roles well." Carolyn laughed. Keith had accounted for everyone's quirks and made a well-rounded formation. 

"Thanks. Now, let's set off into the right tunnel!"

"Why the right tunnel?" There were so many different tunnels in front of them. 

"That's because it has a different shade of white than the others." It was written on the information. The tunnel to the next section would be a different shade of white.

"..." How could you tell? What the group saw was white. And it was only white! There was no different shade.  

"Follow me!" Keith smiled as he led the way. The others really couldn't say anything as they followed their leader. And when they did, 

"Woah! Is this the second section?" Herrick and the others marveled at it.

"Mmhmm. It's usually pretty mundane from the 1st section to the 2nd." Keith laughed. 

"Tsk! That's boring."

"Patience. Also, look at that!" Keith's eyes brightened as he stared at something there. There was a skeleton moving around. 

"What's that?" Carolyn blinked.  

"From what I heard, it's called a boffalo." Simple enough. 

Bone + Buffalo = boffalo

"You guys wait here, I'm going to take them out." Keith raised his word. 

"If you're going to do that, count us in!" Herrick raised his sword. Seeing the monster here, how could Keith take all the fun?

"Then let's go." Keith chuckled. Like that, everyone charged in! And the monster looked up to see a couple of beasts! 

"Those guys."

"I think Keith infected them." Carolyn sighed. The girls watched in silence as they saw explosions going on the side.
